Brief Answer:
Circulatory insufficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

With the history you have provided, I could only provide most probably diagnosis fitting into the description.

Rest pain is a signs of lack of perfusion, the calf is a common site to be affected in such cases. Hence, it could be a Circulatory insufficiency, the cause of which could probably be arterial occlusion.

You may need a arterial Doppler scan to ascertain the diagnosis.

Hope, I answered your query and you wish to continue.

Happy to help you.
