Brief Answer:
Surgery if you have troubling symptoms!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this gall stone that you have reported. the size is big enough and concerning. Even if it has not caused obstruction and troubling symptoms like pain, jaundice, infections, etc, the chances of these occurring in future are huge. I can tell for now you do not have very disturbing symptoms and that is why the decision to go for surgery or not is difficult.

If I were you, I would rather plan and go in for surgery while I am in no acute complication are almost inevitable here. it is just a matter of time seen the size of this stone of 13mm. The pains for now are not too bad but, it can get worse rapidly. My recommendation is elective surgery. If this is not possible, be prepared for an emergency surgery someday for this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and thank you so much for using our services. Feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.
