Brief Answer:
Yes it seems you have pulled something.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely and willl try to help with your concern.

Yes according to the description of events you gave, you seem to have pulled something but as you didn't mention an limitation in arm movement so I Believe it was nothing serious, If you are still having pain I would advise you to get a rest for somedays untill the pain goes completely then start with lighter weights and don't add up wieghts untill you feel comfortable.

Here I want to mention a very important principle of aafe weight exercise that you should maintain a right lifting angle for every exercise.

Do not add on weights if you can not maintain that safe angle , every joint has a limited range to movement always stay within that range , and weights and going out of that range will make things dangerous and will put you at risk.

So here is what you do.

1) Take rest for a few days untill you feel just right.
2) Start exercise with smaller weights.
3) Never compromise on the right lifitng angles for any exercise.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regrads.
