Question: I have a pain in my chest, shoulder and tongue. I'm 27 in good health. I do not smoke or drink and eat well 6 days a week and I have a healthy bmi. Hard to take a deep breath.

I don't think you are having any major disease as you are healthy and not having any bad habits.
But better to rule out cardiac and pulmonary causes for your symptoms.
So get done
1. Ecg to rule out cardiac cause.
2. Chest x ray to rule out pulmonary causes.
If both of the above are normal then no need to worry for cardiac and pulmonary diseases.
