Brief Answer:
Possibly due to ovaries;an abdominal ultrasound advised further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I understand your concerns.

1. If the spots on your both sides of your lower abdomen are extremely painful, then, it might be due to ovaries.

Apart these painful spots, I also want to know if you are having:
- other symptoms like vaginal discharge?
- if the pain is noted when you press on your lower abdomen or even without pressure?
- any medication you take on regular basis?
- do you suffer of any chronic disease?

2. If I was your caring doctor would advise to get an abdominal ultrasound done for further evaluation.

Get an OTC pain-killer to see if the pain will subside.

Hope it was of help!
