Question: I have pain in the back side of Ankle. When I press firmly the back lowest tip bone of ankle, it causes unbearable pain in both ankles.

I would like you to visit an orthopedic surgeon and get X-rays of the foot. There can be spurs forming on these bones sometimes. These spurs can cause pain and tenderness.

Plantar fascitis is another possibility that explains similar aches.
