What Causes Pain Accompanied With Itching Around The Torso, Arms And Ribs While Having Celiac Disease?
Question: Ocasionally I have what I think is fibromyalgia. I have wide spread pain around my torso, on my arms and around my ribs. It is accompanied with deep tissue burning intense painful itch. It is relieved by a cold wet cloth. The area is red and deadest swollen. The doctor gave me tramadol but it just got worse with that. The attacks are in different places on my body. Also I have celiac disease.

The doctor gave me tramadol for the pain. I read that it can cause itching so I stopped taking it a couple of days ago. The area of pain and itching is smaller now, only in my upper arm, but still intense.
