There is no medical issues, I am just anemic. I have not seen anyone regarding this issue yet. I am not using any medication.
My period was always irregular, but it never took so long to see it.
I am also positive that I am not pregnant.

Brief Answer:
You need to seek medical advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back ,

well if you are asking that you are not pregnant and had no periods for 7 months ..should you be concerned? yes you should be concerned big time.

You periods were irregular, it means there were already some issues going on most probably hormonal...

Now i suppose thise hormonal issue have gone so beyond limits that the body has stopped compensating them..

It means this is the time when you should consider visiting a Gyn&Obs doctor as soon as possible.

You need to get it diagnosed and then get treatment for it..

I am positive that things are easily controllable and treatable but you have to seek urgent medical advice, not emergency but do it as soon as possible.

Stay blessed.

Regards.
