Brief Answer:
Visit orthopedic surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the query.

Firstly I want to say you should try to avoid such a prolong Standing activity as much as you can.

Your symptoms may be due to compression of nerves in lumbar area which supply the leg or near knee joint.

Secondly you must visit orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible, he may advise you xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and lateral view to see disc space and xray of affected knee in AP and Lateral view to see present condition of your joint.

Till then avoid squatting and prolong standing.

Apply hot pack.

Have tab. aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day and cap.pregabalin75mg+methylcobalamine750mcg at night prescription of your doctor.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
