Question: I'm a 35 year old male.In the span of last 3 months,I experienced a strange feeling thrice while I was lying on bed like I was going to collapse and my heart was going to stop.It was very scary and I also felt like I wanted to puke during those episodes. This lasts for only a few seconds before i become normal. My right has been intermittently twitching as well during the last three months and sometimes I feel breathlessness.Last month I got a master health check up done and everything turned out to be normal. I would like to know if these could be the symptoms of a disease. Please help.
