Brief Answer:
Gastrointestinal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HealthcareMagic to post your health concern.
I read it carefully and I can understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like a viral gastrointestinal infection. Generally, food poisoning does not cause diarrhea.

I'd recommend drinking plenty of fluids, small amounts very often.
Avoid milk.
Have a light diet with Banana- Rice- Apple- Toast.

If blood or mucus in diarrhea, please consider seeing a local doctor as you may need further investigations and antibiotic therapy in that scenario.

Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
