Question: I have pain in the lower right quadrant front. What are the possible causes. I have been diagnosed with crones and rheumatoid arthritis.

If yes, then pain in the right lower abdomen is most commonly due to inflamed appendix. Called appendicitis.
2. But, there are various causes for pain in that area..
3. If you are diagnosed with Chrons disease, then again pain could be non specific due to inflammation or other disease process going on there..
4. Would suggest that you get an Ultrasound Abdomen and Pelvis.
