Brief Answer:
Take him immediately to ER (casualty)

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Good evening!

I appreciate your concern for your 6 months old baby boy.

Did he vomit?
Is there any bleeding?
Did he loose his consciousness?

The features described in your query are suggestive of cerebral concussion hence I would advise you to take him to ER or casualty to further evaluation.

Should you need further clarification, please send your follow up query.

Best regards.
