Question: I have had these bumps for the longest amount of time. They dont hurt they dont itch and they dont bother me. I have had sex before but again ive had these for a while. Do you know what they are?

Just don't pop poke or pick these bumps, maintain good hygiene, keep the groin hair and sweat free and wear loose undergarments. Avoid masturbation and reduce coital frequency to once a week. These self resolves in a few weeks.
