What Causes Involuntary Twitching In Finger?

Question: my pointer and middle finger keep twitching or involuntarily moving on their own. I do type alot everyday. could it be caused by that or what is it and what can I do about it.

These tremors look quite related to your job, prolonged typing can cause this, specially if you have started it recently .

Here are a few things which can be done..main target of treatment is to make your hand muscles strong.

The best exercise for this problem is to use Hand grippers , using them regularly for about 20 days will start making your hand muscles stronger and this problem will start getting better.

The other way is to squeez the squeezing ball.

Third way is to place your hand in warm water for some time.
