Brief Answer:
Please, find the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

It may have three possible causes:
1. Stomach or esophageal pain
2. Cardiac pain
3. Pain caused by spine problems
From these three cardiac pain is the most dangerous, so it should be ruled out first. I would advise you to see a doctor and perform an ECG. If it comes back normal, then you will need to have an ECG done at the moment of pain, so in such cases holter monitoring is indicated, it is an examination, when you are given a small devise with the electrodes placed on your chest and 24 hour ECG is registered.

Take care
