What Causes Hearing Of Echo In Left Ear While Talking?
It seems that you have caught cold.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
There is a thin tube on either side of our throat connecting with the middle ear cavity. It seems that due to some reason this tube has got blocked on one side. This tube equalizes the pressure inside middle ear cavity with that outside. When this tube gets blocked, the pressure differences in the middle ear cavity could be responsible for the echo you hear in your left ear.
The blockage is likely to have occurred due to mucus. Taking steam inhalation should help. Water in the form of vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting this mucus and should provide relief. Repeated acts of swallowing would also help.
Hope that helps

It should subside soon with steam inhalation and repeated swallowings

As of now, I do not think that you need to rush to a doctor. Take steam inhalation for a few days and see if it resolves. If it does not, you might need to schedule an appointment with an ENT specialist.
