Question: Hello - I am a male aged 65. Have had a radical prostectomy over 10 years ago. No signs of any recurrence at last exam a year or so ago. I am getting up several times a night to urinate and probably go about 12 -15 times a day. Weight is 150, XXXXXXX 5'9 no evidence of pre diabetes or diabetes at last exam. Brief Answer:
It seems to be bladder muscle problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thanks for your question.
You definitely need to see a Urologist.
It seems like a Irritable bladder with some dysfunction of the bladder muscle.
The Urologist would be able to help you.
This does not seem to be a recurrence but a problem of the bladder muscle.
Take care and do let me know if there are any queries on this issue.
