Brief Answer:
cause likely to be age related

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

The problem is likely to be age related . With increase in age the the eye looses precision of accommodation ( ability to focus at near and far objects).
I would suggest you the following

1 Routine assessment from your Opthalmologist

2. Fasting blood sugar levels to rule out Diabetis

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
