Brief Answer:
Hyaluronidase, hydrocortisone and antifungals cream

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Foreskin adhesions in uncircumcised penises after coituses and any friction causing pleasure activity are very common. These lead to recurrent infections like phimosis and paraphimosis and ultimately a vicious circle is started.

I would advise to abstain from intimacy and pleasures of all kind for a while. Apply topical hydrocortisone and antifungals in prophylaxis . Hyaluronidase gel is available it helps in retraction. You ca also opt for manual reduction by using hyaluronidase method. Other options like osmotic reductions, vertical incisions are also there and should be discussed with your doctor.

Last but not the least and preferable way to fix this issue is therapeutic circumcision. Talk to your doctor regarding this option as it is a permanent fix and better way.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
