Brief Answer:
If you have poor sense of wellbeing - ER

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

I am assuming you are measuring your blood pressure with a monitoring device you have at home. Some times these devices can provide inaccurate readings and cannot be completely trusted. There also exists a possibility of you not using the device properly.

But, if at all you can feel a change in general well being (eg. light headedness, fatigue, clammy skin, nausea, dizziness, blurry vision, etc.) then I would advice you to report to an emergency room (ER) immediately for accurate measurement of your blood pressure and accordingly addressing any abnormalities. Please do not take any sudden drop in blood pressure lightly.

I hope you find my response helpful and I also hope this is only a technical issue and not a cause for concern in regards to your health. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
