What Causes Excessive Crying Of A 4 Year Old Suffering From OCD?

Question: i have a 4 year old granddaughter that has o c d and has bouts where she cries and can not be calmed down for several minutes she will put her head down for a couple of minutes then pop up and say XXXXXXX happy now then she will be great for the rest of the day. she also will throw a fit about staying with her grammy and I then cry she wants to go home then quickly wants to stay with us when we start to take her home . is this something we should worry about?
