Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to orthostatic hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
When does he feel the dizziness? If it is when he gets up from a lying to standing position, it may be due an orthostatic hypotension.
Forxiga acts by increasing the excretion of sugar and water through the kidneys. The loss of fluids can be the cause of orthostatic hypotension.
The way to detect it would be to check the blood pressure in the lying and standing positions. If there is no significant drop in the blood pressure, he should be seen by a doctor who would examine and investigate to find out the cause of his dizziness.
