Brief Answer:
It requires evaluation to find out the underlying causes like proptosis....

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having dissimilar size of the two eyes.
We need to rule out causes like proptosis, enophthalmos, exophthalmos...

The treatment can be done depending on the underlying cause. Hence this requires evaluation first for confirmation of diagnosis and to find out the underlying cause.

First do provide me photo of the eyes so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you regarding further investigations and treatment.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards

Brief Answer:
The photos show slight asymmetry and I think this is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

Thank you for the follow up question.

I reviewed the photos attached with the question and the history.

The photos appear normal and I do not think there is any need to be worried.
One of the photos is showing slight asymmetry between left and right eye. I think this comes within normal range.
This condition in which the eye appear smaller is called as enophthalmos. Here the eye will not become smaller but the structures which support the eyes like orbital fat decreases in volume and the eye appears sunken and smaller. This can occur after injury or infection or exposure to radiation of the orbit.

Since you are very healthy I do not suspect any of these.
Slight asymmetry in the size of the eyes is present normally also and hence no need to be worried.

If you want to get treatment to overcome this dissimilarity the option is a cosmetic surgery called as blepharoplasty. This can correct this problem and this is usually done by a oculoplasty surgeon. Hence you can consult oculoplasty surgeon once for evaluation.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
