Question: Hi , I’m 11 weeks pregnant. For the last 3 weeks iv bearly been able to walk as my legs weigh a tone , walking from one end of the house even in a short distance I’m in pain and easy out of breath . I’ve literally in in bed most waking hrs at least 8 hrs . I can’t roll face down as my eyes start throbbing immediately and bending over with my face , facing down the same . My hips keep me awake and uncomfortable most of the night and I’ve gone from a size 59kg to 68kg despite eating healthy and the same . I have had all day headaches and am very worried . I feel debilated . Should I go to the hospital ? to day my headaches are worse and my feet ankles and fingers are very swollen .. I have been diagnosed last week with a overactive thyroid so I’m seeing my doctor in 3 days ... I just don’t feel right

Brief Answer:
You should go to the hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you have described are not due to thyroid problem only. There can be associated probvlems also that need a detailed evaluation. The feeling of weakness headache and pain in hips needs evaluation. The swelling during pregnancy can also indicate pre eclampsia. It is best to consult your gynecologist for a detailed examination and few investigations.
I hope this answers your query.
