What Causes Difficulty In Penetration Due To Stiff Vagina?

default
Posted on Mon, 9 Jun 2014
Question: Hello,
I wanted some advice on my sex life. I has been more than 6 months of my marriage but me and my wife are still not able to do 'it'. Following are the problems we are facing:
1) My wife was never very physically active, like running, bicycling... In starting even a finger use to give her a lot of pain.
2) My penis after erection gets into a banana shape, so while injection I feel like hitting a wall.
Please advice us what should we do further...
Thanks

Brief Answer:
please follow the steps as given

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic
your wife has probably extreme fear of pain so when you try to get in, the opening of vagina and surrounding area goes in to spasm, which you feel as a wall. This is very common.
1- try to relax your wife and be with her in naked position without attempt to penetrate. Wait till she starts enjoying your touching and rubbing but don't touch genital areas
2- then add breast and pubic area to the range of touching and massaging .
3- try insert single finger , may be with the help of KY Jelly, and move it in and out.
4- slowly make it two and when it is easy, try and insert penis.
Banana typ bend is normal. but if you get tense, you may lose erection.
This is normal protocol I follow with my patients but if the problem is too severe, the treatment has to be customized . it may need personal visit.

Thanks for the response Doc. Actually I have already tried the steps you mentioned here. Is personal visit is now the only option for us or we can further try something else, like:
1. Is there any medication which we can follow.
2. Is there a way by which I can improvise other than my finger.
3. Do you have any reference for a sexologist (women Dr.) in XXXXXXX What kind of test they will do/recommend?
4. Can you please share links of some educational articles which we can read.

Thanks.

Please consult the doctor I advise

Hello
You can read some educational articles on wwwonlisexsolutions.com
I know Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX who is a good sexologist in XXXXXXX I don't have her contact details but if you can find, it may be helpful
Actually the whole idea of the exercise I told you was to desensitize your wife about pain and relax the vaginal opening.
Sometimes in severe cases, we give intra penile injection to the male partner and anaesthetise the vaginal area so that first few entries are executed. You wife may need to be examined for possible local causes of pain and treated accordingly.
I can not suggest anything other than finger
