What Causes Constipation, Excessive Gas, Bloating And Nausea?

Question: I have had a bowel movement everyday for the last 40 yrs or so. The last couple days things changed. I just went a few pebbles on e day and then Ok the next day today no bowel movement.Just Gas. I have no pain or bloating just can't go.when should I concideri taking a mild Laxative? I have been taking fiber capsules eating canned peaches . Been also having slight Nausea at times. I just don't go as much when I do go as i have in the past. I drink a lot of water. Try to eat healthy do mild exersise .What do you think ? When should I get concerned. about this.

It is good that you take peaches and a lot of water as well. It is not about getting concerned. It is just that you need to remain in the right lifestyle.

You need to back it up with adequate exercise on regular basis. You can take laxatives but not purgatives.
