What Causes Constant Cough Along With Phlegm In The Throat Despite Taking Claritin?

Question: I have been taking 1/2 tablet of Claritin for 4 days before bed. I still cough up a bit of phlegm in the mornings, but not nearly as much as before. And, thankfully I am not gagging and puking. I think your recommendation is working!
