Brief Answer:
Visual disturbance could be due to central retinal artery/vein occlusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic,

I have gone through your previously posted queries and I can see that the issue is bothering you quite significantly.

When you get a sever bout of cough, the pressure in the blood vessels that supply the XXXXXXX increases, this increase in pressure can cause a temporary occlusion or cut off of blood supply for a short time to the eye. This causes temporary visual loss.

Please read my response to your other question regarding cough.

Regards
