Brief Answer:
dont worry it will settle

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

i have read your response , i want to assure you that it is very common and it will heal up by itself.

People who masturbate much can get some friction damage near tip of penis, that is exactly why you felt pain near the tip.

It will heal by simple care,

Drink much water, and don't masturbate for next ten days atleast.

There is nothing to worry as yet but don't masturbate much this will cause further damage,

let it heal up.

I wish you a great weekend and best of health.

Regards.
