Brief Answer:
xray of the cervical spine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Ear block and neck stiffness may not be related.
The new symptom of ear block will be cleared soon. This generally happens if you have cold or sorethroat or sinus issues. It gets cleared automatically if you try to puff out by mouth pinching the nostrils. Do not over blow just two puffs out three to four times a day.

The neck stiffness, headache and dizziness should be considered as cervicalgia. You need to meet a spine surgeon or Orthopedic surgeon to evaluate for cervical causes like spondylosis and degenerated discs. You may have to get better investigations like MRI spine if needed.

So please meet a Spine surgeon for the same.
