Brief Answer:
Do not put anything in the ear. Go to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXX,

Thank you for writing in with your question.

A spontaneous ear bleed is worrisome and could point towards uncontrolled or sudden spike in your blood pressure.

Please do not try to clean the ear by putting water or anything else into the ear.

Just keep wiping the ear with a clean towel or cotton gauge.

Please go to the ER/ local hospital and get your blood pressure checked.

And also get your ear looked at to rule out local ear problems.

A spontaneous ear or nose bleed without pain usually is a result of a sudden spike in the blood pressure, so please make sure your blood pressure is normal.

I hope this initial information will be of use to you.

Please do update me once you are fine and back from the hospital.

Best regards
