Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXX

Babies on exclusive breast feeding do not usually have green stools. They have yellow stools with white granules over it also known as milk stools. Babies have their own stools frewuency, they may pass stools once a day, twice a day or even once in every days. If they are accepting feeds well, no redness in the anus region there is no cause for concern.

1. Improper Burping: This is the most commonest cause, usually babies only regurgitate small percentage of feeds consumed

2. Gastro-oesophageal reflux: Very much likely if they passively regurgitate their feed

3. Other Causes

Kindly provide me following additional information

1. Is the vomiting forceful or just regurgitation from mouth
2. Is she hungry after feeds? Does she ask for feeds again after vomiting?
3. Is her Urine output okay?
4. Are your burping the baby well?
5. Was any external feeds or water given to baby?

I would suggest you the following

1. Continue exclusive breastfeeding
2. Proper Burping

Do get back to me if the symptoms still persists

Take Care
