Brief Answer:
Would need to rule out Peyronie's disease.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Injury of an area can cause it to be distorted/change appearance.

It is also possible that the curvature is due to a condition called Peyronie's disease. In this is condition there is the curvature of the penis, discomfort on erection.

There is usually an area of fibrosis (scarring) along with an area of the penis.

The exact reason for Peyronie's is not known.

Treatment of Peyronies includes-
(1) collagenase clostridium histolyticum- this a medication approved for this condition
(2) vitamin E
(3) potassium aminobenzoate

Treatment is done by a urologist.

It would be best to ask your doctor to be referred to a urologist for assessment and treatment.

I hope this helps.
