Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I have a few questions for you before I can confirm the diagnosis or rule it out, so I would appreciate your co-opertion in responding to my questions, thank you:

+Are you sexually active? If yes, then did this presentation appear after the sexual contact?
+Do you masturbate regularly? How often? And did you observe this to appear after masturbation?
+Does the region itch?
+Does it burn?
+How long since it has appeared/how long has it been there?
+Did another lesion appear first and then this appeared?
+Is it hot where you are?
+Do you sweat in the region often?
+How would you rate your personal hygiene over a scale from 0 to 5; 0 being extremely poor and 5 being paranoid?

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Improve hygiene, daily shower, change inner wear daily; Fordyce's spots

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Thank you for writing to us.

In my opinion the diagnosis is fordyce's spots, and is not a cause for concern. I would however recommend you to take more care on your hygiene and bring it to a 4/5. Clean your genitals at least once a day during a shower and make sure you wear clean inner wear which is changed at least once a day again, other than this you really do not need anything else to be done.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
