Dear friend.

Thanks for sharing your concern.

The history posted by you requires few more details. Please elaborate more upon the history of muscle twitching.

How frequently it occurs, which part of face is affected, how long does it persists?
Are you taking any medication for any other ailment?

usually, muscle twitching occurs due to deficiency of minerals like calcium,or due to hypersensitivity of muscle ,following mild injuries.

Waiting for your response.

Thanks and take care.
