Question: What can cause this red spot on my nose? It doesn’t itch or hurt. I just noticed it this afternoon.

It looks like seborrheic dermatitis, an inflammation of the sebaceous glands of nose.
Apply clindamycin gel 1% twice daily for 15 days.
This should give you relief.
