Brief Answer:
Catheterize and drain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

I went through your previous questions. The per urethral bleed can lead to clot formation and subsequently leading to complete obstruction. You need to go to an ER near you immediately to catheterize and drain at the same time. For the prostate and urinary symptoms, tamsulosin can be advised at a later stage. Ultrasound abdomen, urinalysis and PSA levels should also be sent.
