Brief Answer:
Go to ER if a significant amount was swallowed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Lysol contains 3 poisonous substances . The damage depends on how much has gone in and whether it was diluted or not. The usual immediate symptoms are pain, burning in the mouth, chest and stomach and this is followed by damages to internal organs.
Unless you are sure that the amount of Lysol taken in is insignificant, it is better to go to the ER and have yourself examined. In the meantime you can reduce the effects by drinking milk and water to dilute the lysol which may reduce the local inflammation.
