Brief Answer:
Get evaluated and examined by a neurosurgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and attached reports.

The CT-scan shows brain hemorrhage along with subdural hematoma.

Is there any history of head injury?

Adequate control of blood pressure is required.
Since he's already admitted, an evaluation by a Neurosurgeon is required for assessment regarding surgical intervention.

Further evaluation for aneurysmal hemorrhage is also needed.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
