Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns

Please note that Grover's disease usually is transient and lasts for 6-12 months...

However, Minor outbreaks can be controlled with prescription strength topical cortisone creams. If no improvement occurred then eruptions usually clear up after taking Accutane or Tetracycline pills for one to three months.

If these fail or the outbreak is severe, PUVA phototherapy treatments which are a combination of Psoralen pills and long wave ultraviolet radiations, antifungal pills and Cortisone injections can also be helpful..
