Question: I live with people who dont practice adequate hygiene i.e handwashing without soup. What are the dangers of this to me? And is there any ways i can reduce the impact?

I am so sorry to hear about this bad habits that your mates have. There is no danger to you as long as you continue ding the right things. Consider everything not certified clean by you as dirty and clean again. When you are to use anything, take the pains to clean. Also, always wash your hands before meals and especially after interacting with them. This in no way means that you should stay away from them but rather means you should step up your personal hygiene so that nothing from them can be a problem to you.
