There will be a small pin point like puncture in skin with lot of redness and itching in surrounding area.

Thank you. Does it have a thin white circle around middle and if you take scab off it comes back with that same white circle? It has no itching....or pus....it is red like a bite sometimes. ..the are on face neck and chest...come and go....but always have pale white cicle in the lesion...what is this if not a bed bug bite
