Hello and welcome to "Ask A Doctor"

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern,

From the details that you have provided, you seem to have symptoms pertaining to Peyronie's Disease. This condition commonly arises in old age and is due to the underlying scar tissue that does not expand while during an erection. The scar tissue does necessarily result from an evident trauma or accident, it could even result from minor trauma during sex in the past.

I would suggest you to consult with a urologist or even your family physician who could provide you with proper medications and further ,management after proper physical examination.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further,

Regards.
