Brief Answer:
Gum infection secondary to deposits, get the teeth cleaned

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The mobility in the teeth associated with bleeding can be because of the gum infection secondary to deposits over the teeth. The bone support around the teeth have become weak so the teeth are XXXXXXX Nothing to be panic, consult an Oral Physician and get your teeth cleaned and maintain the oral hygiene there after. You need to brush your teeth twice daily and rinse your mouth soon after eating anything. Mean while you can gargle with saline.
I hope i have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back.
Take care
