Normally, there should be no withdrawal symptoms after thorazine (chlorpromazine) gradually stopped.

However, exaggeration of psychotic symptoms may be noticed after stopping thorazine, but this is not a withdrawal symptom, those symptoms probably were suppressed when thorazine was used.

Pain in your case (regarding to imaging tests results) may be improved by physical therapy and painkiller's use.
