Question: I got a 4 inch dick and I wont to make it 8 inch or 12 inch long . then this way I can stay in my friends ass more easier with out slipping out all the time and less then 1 week .

Normal penis length in flaccid state is 2-5 inches and in erect state is 3-6 inches. Only anterior 3 inches of vaginal wall is sensitive to sexual stimuli. Your penis length is sufficient to satisfy female.

As such there is no medicine or method which can increase penis length permanently. Only surgery can help.

You can use 5-PDE inhibitor group of medicines like sildenafil or tadalafil for more erection during sex. Either of them can be taken before 2 hours. It is prescription drug and you have to consult doctor for that.
