Brief Answer:
protein diet is adviced

Detailed Answer:
Hi,SIR
I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

Weight gain of 8-10 kgs can take 6-8 months to be achieved as the process is slow to build up. You need to include high calorie foods like milk products (butter, cheese, ghee, creamy foods like ice cream, sweets, etc). Also get basic blood tests done to rule out any medical or nutritional conditions.

Following dietary suggestions can be added to your regular diet.
1.100 milk twice a day.
2.2 eggs twice a day.
3.Granola bars once a day.
4.100 gms of oatmeal a day
5.a single banana at bed time.
6.50 gm of butter a day in 2 divided doses.
7.40% of your diet should compose of potatoes
8.100 gms of soya beans a day.
9.a cup of veg noodles a day.
10.100 gm of chicken a day.

This diet is very helpful to build proteins and weight gain.
post queries if any,
Thank you
