Question: For Dr Seikhoo Bishnoi. XXXXXXX again. According to the law, if XXXXXXX tries to contact me I will go to jail not him. If I call the police and he is at my door they will arrest me. I feel scared that could happen. In addition my son XXXXXXX says he sees that every day I am always sad and I guess maybe I will never be with XXXXXXX again. We are still working towards moving to Israel. An older couple wants to give us some money to help us but XXXXXXX will lose some government money if we move out of the country and we will have less money a month then. I do have an interst in moving but am always sad.It seems to me that XXXXXXX no longer cares otherwise he wouldn't have filed the injunction and hired a lawyer. I guess he likes it that I am no longer in his life.I will always be sad and I will always love him.

Brief Answer:
Don't over think and over analyse

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

As we discussed earlier also please don't anticipate the events and don't overthink. Your first objective at present should be to get that injunction dropped. Don't feel bad that what would happen after injunction. Even though the legal factors are against you but still they can't arrest on the things I have mentioned. Please take good care of your health and don't let all these things to disturb your mental peace.

Though I am not much aware of legal proceedings still they cant arrest if XXXXXXX tries to contact you because legally injunction includes that person against whom injunction is there cant contact the appellant. If he contacts you then you can't land up in legal trouble. So dont remain worried about all these things.

Thanks

My son says I look sad every day and I guess that he is right. I am still hoping we can go to Israel but not sure that will happen again because of money concerns. If XXXXXXX loses his SSI we may not be able to go unless I can get more money from my ex but I am not sure he will pay me once I leave the country. I feel so sad that I am being blocked in every way...as you say though I am sad I have accepted the thing with XXXXXXX but want to s go to Israel so badly. That would help me a lot because eventually I could work with the Jews coming from other countries as I have stated...we have friends who are trying to raise $1000 to help us get to Israel but we won't be able to go unless we have a monthly income that is at least what we have now. I am not sure if my ex has to pay me if we are out of the country either...I won't know any of this until we go to court against my ex...so much is happening right now and I am afraid if we do not go to Israel I will just give up. There is nothing for me here in the states anymore.

Brief Answer:
Don't think beyond the court hearing. Pray to GOD for best

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

I can understand your situation but as I have stated earlier also, please don't think negative. Try to move to Israel but don't get stressed because of that. Due to financial issues its difficult to move to Israel right now but try to get and raise money and wait till you collect enough money with good plan to move Israel.

You are looking sad and depressed because of persistent emotional trauma you are facing because of all these situations. Try to keep yourself busy and spend your time in the things that gives you happiness or makes you feel good. Hebrew lessons, prayers etc are possible things that can be done to keep yourself busy.

Please dont think beyond that injunction and wait for that injunction to be dropped.

Thanks, Take care
