Suggest Ways To Clean Dirt In Ears
Question: Hi doctor, my husband feeling dirt in d ear. Irritating mildly. Any medicine to clean out.

I have gone through your query .
First and foremost is that your husband had an accident or fall on ground ?????
If yes then off-course there can be dust and which needs to be removed.
But it does not seem to be as you have not mentioned such obvious thing .
Then There could be two things ---
First if your husband has some abnormal sounds in ear and irritation , which some people complaint as dirt or insect inside the ear .
If this is the condition then there can be infection inside the ear and he needs antibiotics and decongestants.
Secondly , if only dirt feeling and on cleaning with finger there is slight wax or dirt then --
there could be some wax , then you can use wax solvent drops, which are available in market .
The way of using wax ear drops is ---- Put 3-4 drops in the ear and make that ear up by tilting the neck to opposite side , for 5 minutes then again after 5 minutes tilt the head to same side and make the drops to fall out by moving the outer part of visible ear.
PreCaution-Do not clean ear with ear buds
